Green Communities Canada (GCC) is pleased to present its first Collective Impact Report. The report outlines how GCC and its 22 member organizations are enabling grassroots action across the country to increase resilience, address vulnerabilities, and protect human and ecosystem health.
Our collective impact includes:
- operating in 325 communities across the country, and serving 70 percent of the national population
- engaging 250,000 Canadians in climate action initiatives, 40 percent of them children and youth
- overseeing home energy retrofits resulting in reductions of 2,175,000 kgs of CO2e per year
