Green Communities Canada is looking for two volunteers who share our passion for the environment to join our national Board of Directors.
As a Director you will participate in deliberations and decisions regarding strategic direction, programming, fundraising, policy, and finance. The annual time commitment is approximately 30 hours, including an in-person retreat held each fall in Toronto. Quarterly meetings are held via web-conferencing.
We welcome applicants from all career stages (beginning, mid-career, and retirees), with particular expertise currently being sought in Human Resources, Law, and/or Revenue Development.
Nominations accepted until Monday 8 June 2020, noon ET. Elections to the Board occur at our Annual General Meeting, 22 June 2020. More information and details on how to apply here.
