The Greener Homes Grant program and the Ontario Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus programs are fully enrolled and have closed to new participants. However, the CMHC Greener Homes LOAN program remains open.

Canada Greener Homes Loan

Canada Greener Homes Grant

This Federal program launched in 2021 supports homeowners across Canada with up to $5,000 for energy efficient upgrades. These include home insulation, high-efficiency heating equipment, thermostats, etc.

Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+)

Enbridge offers up to $10,000 to Ontario residents for home energy retrofits and up to $600 for energy evaluations. This programs combines the old Enbridge HER program and Canada Greener Homes Grant in Ontario.
