With support from Natural Resources Canada, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority brought together 60 volunteers to transform 300 m² of land at Pocket Park into a mini forest. Together, they planted 180 trees and 120 shrubs, introducing new greenery that will grow over time to provide habitat for wildlife and strengthen the area’s urban ecosystem.
