At Old’s Cool General Store in Toronto, Ontario, a neighbourhood greening project helped make the space greener and better able to handle rainwater. In partnership with Rainscape TO and supported by the Waltons Trust, 35 volunteers depaved 70.5 square metres and planted 4 trees, 128 plants, and shrubs, helping divert approximately 60 cubic metres of stormwater.
