With support from Natural Resources Canada, the City of Hamilton brought together 28 volunteers to transform 300 m² of land at Johnson Tew Park into a mini forest. Together, they planted 730 trees and 173 shrubs, helping expand the city’s urban forest, enhance biodiversity, and create a greener, more resilient community space.
