With support from the Greenbelt Foundation and the Balsam Foundation, Green Venture brought together 82 volunteers to establish a mini forest on 100 square metres of land at Mohawk College in Hamilton. Through this collaborative effort, 210 trees and 90 shrubs were planted, transforming the space into a growing urban forest that will provide habitat for local wildlife, strengthen biodiversity, and contribute to a greener campus environment.
