Several retrofit incentive programs are available to help homeowners achieve sustainable energy cost savings and comfort improvements! Get in touch with us to find out which program is the right one for you.
The Greener Homes Grant program and the Ontario Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus programs are fully enrolled and have closed to new participants. However, the CMHC Greener Homes LOAN program remains open.
Canada Greener Homes Loan
This program offers interest free loans to enable homeowners complete energy efficient retrofits to their homes. Learn more about Canada Greener Homes Loan.
Canada Greener Homes Grant
This Federal program is now closed to new applicants. Homeowners already enrolled in the program may still be able to complete their upgrades and earn incentives. Contact your Energy Advisory or their office for details.
Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+)
This Federal/Ontario program has been closed to new applicants since early February 2024. Homeowners already enrolled in the program may still be able to complete their upgrades and earn incentives. Contact your Energy Advisor or their office for details.
Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate
Starting in July 2024 Enbridge is offering its natural gas heating customers in Ontario up to $5,000 for upgrades including insulation and heat pumps. For more information and delivery agents, see Home Efficiency Rebate.
