At 539 Barton St. in Hamilton, Ontario, a neighbourhood greening project enhanced the site with new vegetation and improved drainage. In partnership with Green Venture and supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF), 18 volunteers depaved 57 square metres, planted 6 trees and 33 plants and shrubs, and helped divert approximately 41 cubic metres of stormwater.
