Membership Criteria: |
As outlined in POLICY: GC Membership |
The GC must be satisfied that membership criteria will be met in the near future. |
Annual fee: |
Fees for each category will be established by the GC Board of Directors, and reviewed from time to time |

Membership in the corporation and voting: |
Full members are members of the corporation, and possess the rights of powers of membership as outlined in Bylaw 1, such as voting at the Annual General Meeting and other members' meetings. Representatives of full member organizations can attend GC Board meetings as non-voting observers. |
Associate members are not members of the corporation, and therefore have none of the rights flowing from corporate membership. Representatives of associate member organizations can attend GC Board meetings as non-voting observers. |

Subcontracts with the GC are restricted to full members in Ontario. |

Joint programs and partnerships: |
First right of refusal. |
Eligible to participate, subject to full members first right of refusal. |

(Note: program-specific territorial assignments may also be established contractually for GC joint projects.) |
Services: |
Full members are entitled to full services from GC staff, subject to available resources. |
Associate members are entitled to limited services from the GC office (approximate two hours per annum) by virtue of their membership; additional services may be provided in the context of funded joint projects, or on a cost-recovery basis. |
